This cancellation and refund policy explains how you can cancel and/or request a refund for services purchased through 7stones, owned and operated by HAODA NETWORK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
7stones offers a free trial for new users. No payment is charged during the free trial period. This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased after trial completion.
Cancellation requests for billing issues will be considered only if the request is raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
As 7stones is a digital subscription service, once a paid plan is activated and service access is provided, cancellation may not be entertained for that active billing cycle, except in cases covered under this policy or applicable law.
Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate debit, incorrect debit amount, or amount debited but subscription not activated, subject to verification at our end and payment partner confirmation.
If you face a genuine service access issue after payment, you must report it within 3 days from occurrence with relevant proof. Our support team will review and take an appropriate decision.
You may cancel future subscription renewals any time before the next billing date. Such cancellation stops future charges but does not create refund rights for the current paid period.
For approved refund requests, refund processing is initiated within 7-10 business days. Actual credit timeline depends on payment method, bank, and payment network processing.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
We may revise this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
