Refund Policy

1. Scope

7stones offers a free trial for new users. No payment is charged during the trial period. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased after the trial period ends, and applies to users globally.

2. Core Rule (No Refund)

All successful subscription payments are final. 7stones follows a strict no-refund policy once a paid billing cycle has started. After the free trial ends, an active subscription is mandatory to continue access to the Platform.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Unused or partially used subscription periods.
  • Change of mind after payment confirmation.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date.
  • User-side device, network, or operator limitations.

4. Duplicate/Technical Overcharge

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical issue, you may raise a billing complaint. Verified excess amounts will be corrected via applicable payment channels.

5. Debited but Not Activated

If payment is debited but plan activation does not occur, we will verify payment records and coordinate resolution as per payment network and bank timelines.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future renewals where applicable but does not create refund rights for the current billing period already paid.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

8. How to Raise Billing Issue

Email business@haodanetwork.com with registered contact details, transaction reference, amount, date/time, issue description, and supporting proof (if available).

9. Resolution Timeline

We aim to review complaints promptly. Final resolution timelines depend on verification and payment gateway/banking settlement cycles.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
