1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seven Stones ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription & Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free trial with no payment required. After the trial, choose a paid plan via UPI to continue.

• Monthly plans billed every 30 days.
• Yearly plans billed annually at 30% off.
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number. Seven Stones uses SMS OTP for all logins. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Screen recording, automated scraping, or redistribution of live data is prohibited.

5. Sports Data

All scores and statistics are sourced from licensed third-party providers. Scores may be delayed up to 60 seconds for live events.

6. SMS Notifications

By registering, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including OTPs, confirmations, and score alerts. Manage notifications in account settings.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods unless per our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seven Stones shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal: Full name and mobile number (mandatory for OTP verification).
• Usage Data: Sport preferences, pages visited, session duration, device type.
• Payment: UPI transaction IDs only — no bank credentials stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Verify your identity via SMS OTP
• Process UPI payments and manage your subscription
• Send live score alerts based on selected sports
• Improve our Service and personalise your feed
• Send billing reminders and account notifications

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with trusted partners for payment processing and SMS delivery only, bound by strict data protection agreements.

4. Data Security

We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and conduct regular security audits.

5. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data. Contact privacy@sevenstones.in — we respond within 15 business days.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

2. Subscription Refunds

Seven Stones operates a no-refund policy once a billing cycle has commenced, except for:

• Double payment or duplicate charge due to a technical error
• Service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours within a paid month
• A charge made after a confirmed cancellation request submitted before renewal

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact refunds@sevenstones.in within 7 days of the disputed charge with your mobile number and UPI transaction ID. Valid requests processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
