The Platform includes the 7stones website and related application/services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is owned and operated by HAODA NETWORK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Platform Owner", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), with address at No.12, 16th Cross, 23rd Main, 5th Phase, JP Nagar, Bangalore, Bengaluru - 560078, Karnataka, India.
Your access, browsing, or use of the Platform indicates your agreement to these Terms of Use and all applicable policies referenced herein, including Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.
The Platform is a sports information platform intended for general users, including users below 18 years of age. Users below the age of majority should use the Platform with parent or legal guardian guidance.
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account and provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for all activities through your registered account.
7stones provides sports information services including live and ongoing match updates, results, team and tournament data, and related insights.
Service availability, features, and access scope may be updated from time to time to improve platform performance and user experience.
Your use of services on the Platform is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with local regulations applicable to you.
You agree not to use the Platform or services for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purpose. You must not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, interfere with platform operations, or violate rights of any third party.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites/services for user convenience. On accessing such links, you will be governed by the terms and policies of those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The contents, design, layout, graphics, and materials on the Platform are proprietary to or licensed by the Platform Owner. Unauthorized use may give rise to legal action under applicable law.
Neither we nor any third party provide any warranty or guarantee regarding accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of information/services for a specific purpose. The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use is at your own risk and discretion.
In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of use of, or inability to use, the Platform/services.
Without prejudice to the above, aggregate liability of the Platform Owner shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, actions, penalties, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal expenses) arising from your breach of these Terms/policies, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events.
This Site is controlled and operated from within India. The Company makes no representation that the Site is appropriate or available in locations outside India. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
These Terms may be modified by the Platform Owner at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
